yeh that's me and ma wee Chi-hooa-hooa, Tito (after tito Puentes. his human daddy is a drummer). And this is me...resting. WOAH resting! Which i have to do more of.

And while I was resting in HIM (as in God), the sparkly idea came to me.....why not start a dang podcast. Why?

well, because with my culmination of over 20yrs in the Holistic Health, Wellbeing, Wellness and other random related curiosities. I thought (which i do too much of) why not share this with everyone, meaning you. Afterall, Friends, fam, colleagues & clients are always coming to me for suggestions, guidance, and info - cuz i love gathering info!

There will be definite random tangents (hello ADHD), interviews with my mega-marvelous friends, and more. I promise it will be fun, hopefully funny, and you'll walk with me more and invite others to join along!

With this ADHD/ASD menopausal brain...it will be an adventure!
